Vintage 2021 has been very kind to us. 

We've had the chance to craft a selection of wines, not only from Clare Valley but from some of our other favourite regions around South Australia.  

This means that our harvest lasts a little longer than most wineries in Clare Valley. Our first crush was on the 1^st of February and our last on the 6^th of May with Cabernet Sauvignon.

 Our 2021 Clare Rieslings are looking pure and elegant, which will be ready for bottling later this year. We’re amazed by the outstanding quality and flavour profile of our small batch Nero d’Avola from McLaren Vale and Montepulciano from the beautiful Mount Lofty Ranges. We’ve been fermenting these new wave reds with 50% whole bunch and once pressed, they finished malolactic fermentation into old French oak. 

Naturally, to make great wine, you need a great team. We were lucky to have skilled staff in our cellar, 50+ years of combined experience from our three full-time cellar hands. 

Each year we complete the team with some 15+ passionate international vintage staff, who came from the UK, Italy, France, Germany, the US, and from different parts of Australia. 

We love this diversity in the winery which allows us to share our wine experiences and expertise and of course create memories and fantastic wines together. 

 As for now, we’re currently blending all the 2021 wines and working on some exciting new releases. 

 We can't wait to share these wines with you.
